allmadmovement was born out of love—for movement and for people.
It began where the power of physical activity met the heart of care.
With a background in social care and qualifications in personal training and yoga, I’ve made it my mission to help others reconnect with their bodies, build real strength, and find a sense of calm within the chaos.
I’ve lived through depression, body image issues, and long periods of feeling unmotivated—when even getting out of bed felt like too much. I know what it’s like to not want to enjoy life. But I also discovered that moving my body—even just a little—started to shift something in me. It helped me breathe again. It gave me hope.
That’s why allMadMovement exists. Because movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s about healing, expression, growth, and self-respect.
